I've lived here since April of 2023. I like that it's quiet and safe. I don't have any issues here. Management takes care of things and if you have a question or concern just ask them! Those who have left bad reviews are mainly ones who couldn't follow the rules. All you have to do is keep your room clean, do not be disruptive, follow the rules, and pay your rent and you will be fine!

I have been here since July 29 of 2025 and in the 5 months , I feel that the staff and owners truly care about their renters and their properties due to the upkeep and cleanliness and safety of the people and surroundings. Nice clean room.. Jamie and Jennifer are really honest and fair management.. Reasonable prices.. Security and basically quite.. Just go by rules and agreement and there will not be any problems..No one bothers anyone.. Would recommend..

This is the most awesome place. Mgrs, Jamie and Jennifer, are very friendly and keep the place running and up to date compared to some of the extended stays. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to live until you find your Forever home. I have been happy here now for the past 2 1/2 years. The Owners, John and Kay are awesome people as well and treat you nice. You feel like Family here. I have no complaints
The owners are awesome and have been very good to me, my girlfriend and my dog. Most of the people leaving bad reviews are mad that they didn’t pass their background check, because they don’t just let anybody stay here. It doesn’t have that “sketchy vibe” that a lot of these extended stays have, and the rent really isn’t that expensive all utilities are included with it. I didn’t have anywhere to go because of my credit even though I hold a job and have no record whatsoever, most places In Branson have a crazy waiting list because there’s not enough apartments compared to how many people live here, they gave us a room and have been very good to us while we fix our credit to get a place. I appreciate them and the safe environment they provide for the people that stay here. Wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else
